At FLYGANS, we see you as part of our community, and we're dedicated to making sure your experience with us is smooth and pleasant. We work with trusted third-party services to deliver your shirts right to your doorstep. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Delivery Times We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Usually, we deliver within 1 to 7 working days across India, depending on your location and delivery preferences. We’ll provide you with an estimated delivery date on the product description page or at checkout.
Updates on Your Order You’ll stay in the loop with updates via email and SMS from the moment you place your order until it’s shipped out. We’re here to ensure you’re always informed about your delivery status.
Unexpected Delays While we strive to meet our delivery promises, there can occasionally be unforeseen delays. Rest assured, we’re working hard to get your order to you on time.
Order Processing Once you complete your purchase, we begin processing your order right away. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days. If there’s any issue with stock availability, we’ll notify you within 24 business hours to arrange a backorder or offer a full refund.
Business Days Please note that we process and deliver orders on business days only, which are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Challenges If our shipping partner can’t deliver to the provided address on the first attempt, they’ll try again the next business day. If delivery fails twice, the parcel will be returned, and we’ll initiate a refund for pre-paid orders. For assistance, just give our Customer Care team a call.
Order Cancellations and Conditions In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order or apply additional conditions if delivery to certain remote areas proves difficult. We’ll keep you informed and update you on any changes.
