FLYGANS Return and Refund Policy

FLYGANS is a brand owned by Flygans Group. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to make returns and refunds as smooth as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy starting from the date of delivery.
  • Products can be returned or exchanged even after they’ve been dispatched. Please ensure the items are returned in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • We provide reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund per order.
  • Reverse pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier is unable to pick up the shipment, you can return the product to our address using any courier service. Reverse pick-up is subject to availability in your area.

Self-Shipping of Orders for Returns

If your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you will need to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure that the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Mention your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the full amount will be refunded to your bank account.

Important:

  • We recommend using Speed Post as your courier service, as it is reliable and has a wide network across India.
  • Please avoid using The Professional Couriers for self-return, as packages sent through them may not be accepted at our warehouse.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product, provided it passes the quality check.
  • Refunds are applicable for both prepaid orders and orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD). All refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order at any time, even after dispatch. Contact us for assistance, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Terms and Conditions

  • The bank account details provided by the customer will be final. Any errors in the details provided will not be the responsibility of FLYGANS.
  • If you receive an SMS or email notification that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • The customer is responsible for taking care of the product(s) while they are in their possession, including maintaining all product instructions, documents, and wrappings.
  • If you believe the product does not meet the expected standards upon delivery, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the product via Instagram DM or WhatsApp with details of the issue.
  • Once the product is returned, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a refund (if any) via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process refunds within 30 working days from the day we confirm that you are entitled to a refund.
